OSU Routing Process - Conflict of Interest

Following is a list of agencies that have been identified as requiring Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosures to be made prior to proposal submission. Please e-mail Jada Bruner Gailey if you encounter another agency that requires COI so it can be added to our online listing.

 

Agencies requiring compliance with institutional Conflict of Interest Guidelines:

 

  • National Science Foundation (NSF)
  • Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
  • Center for Disease Control (CDC)
  • Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
  • American Cancer Society (ACS)*

 

*The American Cancer Society is re-evaluating its programs and guidelines. New information will not be released for the 2014 funding cycle.

 

Agencies requiring compliance with PHS Conflict of Interest Guidelines:

 

  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ)
  • Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
  • Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Agency (SAMHSA)
  • Indian Health Services (IHS)
  • American Health Association (AHA)
  • Any HHS agency. Check the HHS GPS.

 

These lists are not all inclusive. They are here to provide guidance, but you should always read the sponsoring agencies complete terms and conditions. Please notify us if you come upon a discrepancy.
